This Privacy Policy applies to the TV Channel: Live TV and Movies mobile application provided as a free service by TV Channel: Live TV and Movies Developer. The application is intended for use as is.

Information Collection and Use
The application may process information needed to provide its features, including user-provided playlist URLs or local playlist files, imported channel or movie metadata, favorites, playback history, app settings, and feedback submitted through the feedback form.
The application does not gather precise location information from your mobile device.
AI Chat Data Sharing
AI Chat is optional. Before the first AI request, the application shows a consent screen. No AI chat session is created and no AI chat message is sent until you explicitly agree.
When you use AI Chat after consenting, the application sends:
- message: the text of each chat message you send.
- chat_id: the AI chat session identifier created by the AI service when the chat starts.
- system_prompt: the fixed movie and TV instruction sent when creating the AI chat session.
The system_prompt sent to the service is:
You are a helpful AI assistant specialized in movies and TV shows. You help users discover new content, provide recommendations based on their preferences, answer questions about films and series, and offer insights about actors, directors, genres, and plot details. Be friendly, concise, and enthusiastic about cinema and television. When giving recommendations, consider the user's taste and provide brief explanations for your suggestions.
This data is sent to OpenRouter Chat proxy, a third-party AI processing service hosted on Railway at freeopenrouterchat-production.up.railway.app. The service processes the text to generate an AI response for the chat.
The purpose of this processing is only to answer your messages inside the movie and TV AI Chat feature. The application stores the AI chat consent flag on your device and keeps the current chat_id in memory so the same conversation can continue.
You can revoke AI chat data sharing in the application Settings by turning off AI chat data sharing. When you turn it off, the application resets the local AI chat session and blocks new AI chat requests until you agree again.
Third Party Access
The application may share information with trusted service providers only as needed to operate application features, respond to feedback, comply with legal obligations, protect users or the service, or generate AI Chat responses after your explicit consent.
The AI Chat processor is OpenRouter Chat proxy, the third-party AI service hosted at freeopenrouterchat-production.up.railway.app. It receives the AI chat fields listed above only after consent.
Your Choices
You can stop application data processing by uninstalling the application. You can separately stop AI Chat data sharing by turning off AI chat data sharing in Settings. You may also contact the Service Provider to ask questions about privacy or request deletion of user-provided data.
Data Retention
The application keeps local settings and library data for as long as you use the application, unless you delete or reset that data. AI Chat message history is not saved as a permanent local library record by the application. The current chat_id is reset when you revoke AI chat data sharing, start a new conversation, or restart the app session.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personally identifiable information through the application or services, please contact the Service Provider.
Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards to protect information processed and maintained by the application. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated when changes are made.
